3. Product Information & Pricing
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier availability. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, or carrier issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we can only accept returns if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a claim. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hindukush Tea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chitral/Peshawar.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
